Axon Systems offers an extended warranty on all its neuromonitoring systems to the original purchaser. Customers can procure an extended warranty anytime during the first nine months from the purchase date. The No - Fault Laptop Plan must be ordered at the time of purchase.

The extended warranty program is designed to provide you peace of mind and offer convenient, flexible service solutions to fit your needs. The program provides the same level of coverage as the product's standard warranty, extending that coverage and protecting you against unforeseen repair costs.

Extended Warranty coverage provides you with the following advantages:

Serval plans are available designed to meet your needs:

STANDARD PLAN
The Standard Plan service coverage is the most comprehensive and includes: telephone support, modem diagnostics, total repair or exchange of parts, two replacement preamplifier or stimulator extender cables, next business day loaner replacement, annual factory-based calibration, system optimization and safety testing and paid repair/return shipping charges by second day air. Customer installable software updates for all purchased and installed features are also included. The Standard Plan also offers added value protection allowing you to trade-in your system, after minimum of three years, for a current model and receive a discount of 30% of the original list price. No-Fault Accidental Laptop coverage will be included in this plan if ordered at the time of original purchase.

3 YEAR EXTENDED LAPTOP PLAN - NO-FAULT ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE
The 3 year, No-Fault Accidental Laptop Damage Plan includes one repair or replacement of the laptop computer per year due to accidental damage. In addition, when necessary, an attempt will be made to recover data from a damaged hard drive. The plan includes reinstallation of operating system and Eclipse software.

Note: No-Fault Laptop Coverage must be included with the original order.

SOFTWARE UPGRADE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN
The Software Upgrade Subscription Plan includes free customer installable software updates for all purchased and installed features and phone and modem support.

LIMITATIONS OF THE PROGRAMS
The Support Plans only provide coverage for defects encountered during the normal use of the product for its intended applications while following operating instructions. The Plans do not apply if the product is damaged due to misuse, failure to follow operating or installation instructions, improper operating environment, negligence, mishandling, accident, improper maintenance or for installation or misuse of third party software or hardware modifications or additions. The No-Fault Laptop Warranty Plan includes accidental damage but does not include loss or damage caused by abuse/international acts or external causes, including fire, theft or acts of God, as determined by the original manufacturer. Computers, laptops and monitors carry a one year warranty. Other items not manufactured by Axon Systems carry the manufacturer's warranty. The Plans are valid for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred
